The Planning and Zoning Department is pleased to partner with GovWell to launch a One-Stop Online Permitting Portal. This new platform allows you to conveniently submit and manage all Planning and Zoning applications online. In addition, Building permits and other submittals can also be accessed through the same GovWell portal. To support your application process, we’ve provided checklists for each Planning and Zoning application below. Failure to submit payment or provide a complete application within seven (7) days of submission will result in the application being rejected. To avoid delays, we encourage timely payment and submission of all required materials.
