Letters of Interest are now being accepted in the Clerk’s Office at 473 S Main Street room 102 for a volunteer to serve on the Board of Adjustment & Appeals.

Board of Adjustment and Appeals 2003 International Building Code ‘The Board of Appeals shall consist of members who are qualified by experience and training to pass on matters pertaining to building construction and are not employees of the jurisdiction.’ 

Residency Requirements: Ordinance 2003-A261 -Must reside within the corporate limits of the Town.
